Getting Started and Registration
I never completed my registration with the Unified Tribe by choosing a username and password. How do I do this?
If during your check out process, you did not get directed to the Unified Tribe registration page, please head over to http://www.theunifiedtribe.com/member/registerUT.php. Enter the exact same email, first, and last name that you used during your check out process. If you want to register with a different name than what was on your credit card, you can do so on the following page.

I registered as a Unified Tribe member, but now I'm confused about why I need to sign up again for the Ning community. Why do I need to do this and how long does it take to get approved?
Once you login to your main Unified Tribe account (at http://www.theunifiedtribe.com/member), you'll want to click on the community banner on the right side of the screen. This will direct you to get signed up with our Ning community. The community is where you can meet, network with, and share ideas with other members. It is also where you will find our forum. As of right now, you will need to set up two different accounts. Until Ning changes their guidelines, and to ensure the integrity of our community, we DO need to approve new members one by one. Please allow at least 24 hours for approval into our Ning community.

How do I become a Unified Tribe affiliate and earn commissions by referring my friends?
You will need to sign up for an affiliate link by going to: http://www.theunifiedtribe.com/affiliateprogram. Please make sure you enter your paypal info because this is how we pay out commissions. How do I sign in to my Unified Tribe affiliate account?
You sign in to your affiliate account by going to: https://katiefreiling.infusionsoft.com/Affiliate. This is where you can check your sales, grab your unique affiliate link, and access our affiliate resources, such as banners and other marketing materials.

How much are affiliate commissions?
As an affiliate, you earn $25.46 a month for every paying customer you refer. You will also earn $2.68 for each second tier member (Second tier means the people who are brought in by your referrals).

I'm unclear or confused about how the site works. Where can I get some guidance?
Please refer to the 'Start' page inside your Unified Tribe account. There are training tutorials that will walk you through everything step by step. If you still have questions, please ask them in our community forum.

I'm getting an 'Internal Server Error' message. What does this mean?
If you've received this error, it is due to an issue with our hosting account. We are always aware when this happens, so there is no need to alert us. We apologize about the inconvenience and the site will be fully functioning again very soon.

My RP points are not tracking properly.
If your RP points are not tracking properly, please do the following steps to help us troubleshoot:
- If you are using Digg or StumbleUpon, please make sure the content you are syndicating has been correctly submitted (You should be taken to the post itself, not someone's profile page). If the content has not been submitted correctly, please notify us by giving us the content details.
- If the content has been submitted correctly, please double check your Digg or StumbleUpon account to make sure your syndication has shown up on your profile. If it hasn't, the syndication did not go through and you'll need to try again. If it has, and you are still experiencing an issue, please submit a support ticket below by including all of your account details, the specific posts that are not tracking, and which sites (Digg, Stumble, FB, Twitter) you are syndicating from.
- If you are using Digg or StumbleUpon, please make sure the content you are syndicating has been correctly submitted (You should be taken to the post itself, not someone's profile page). If the content has not been submitted correctly, please notify us by giving us the content details.

When I go to submit content, it posts twice. How can I fix this?
You will need to go to 'My Account' and find your post over on the right side of the screen. From here, you can delete the duplicate post. If your RP points need to be reimbursed in this case, please submit a support ticket below and please include the post that was a duplicate submission.

I'm not getting Unified Tribe emails. What can I do?
Please make sure you check your spam folder first and white-list our email account. If you still do not see any emails from us, please send in a support ticket with your full name and email address and we can double check your account.

Are the webinars recorded and if so, how do I access them?
You can access all recorded webinars by clicking on the "Classroom" page and then "Unified Success Webinar Archives".

Where do I find the bonuses that were included in my membership?
You will find the bonuses under "Classroom" and then the "Bonuses" section on the right side of the page. The youtube webinar bonus can be found under the webinar archives.

How do I make my photo link up to my profile in Ning?
Please refer to the training tutorials on the 'Start' page for step by step instruction. Login to your Ning account and click on 'My Page'. From here, copy the URL you see at the top. Then head over to the main Unified Tribe site and click on 'My Account'. Then click 'Edit my profile' down at the bottom of the page. You will see a box that says 'link to profile'. Copy and paste the URL in this box and your photo will become clickable.

I need to change my credit card details. How do I do that?
As of right now, you will need to click on 'Submit a support ticket' down below and send us your new credit card details.

I want to use American Express or PayPal to pay for my membership. How can I do that?
Right now, we cannot accept Amex or PayPal. We apologize about the inconvenience and hope to have these options available soon.

My account has been double billed. Why did this happen and how can I get refunded?
If your account has been double billed, it was due to a duplicate charge during the shopping cart process. We will refund you right away, so please click on 'Submit a support ticket' down below and send us your full name, the last 4 digits of your credit card, and please allow at least 3-5 days for funds to completely transfer.

When will I be re-billed again?
You will be re-billed on the same day every month. So if you signed up for your first month on May 14th, for example, you will be re-billed on June 14th, July 14th, etc.

I need to cancel my account. How do I do this?
Please click on 'Submit a support ticket' down at the bottom of the page and be sure to send us your full name and the last 4 digits of the credit card you used. We will refund you within 24 hours, but please allow at least 3-5 days for funds to completely transfer.
